VINELAND, NJ—Enjoy Saturday afternoons of great free music on The Ave in downtown Vineland as Main Street Vineland presents Bands on the Bricks on Landis Avenue on July 21 and October 13.

Each Bands on the Bricks will take place on an outdoor stage in of the downtown alleyways on Landis Avenue and will feature local musicians providing performances from a variety of musical genres.

The July 21 Bands on the Bricks, sponsored by Franklin Bank, will take place in the alleyway on the 600 block of Landis Avenue, between Brinx Jones Brewing Co. and Grant Plaza.

The band schedule for July 21 will include:

3-3:30 p.m.—Eric Shorter
3:30-4 p.m.—Rob McMahon
4-4:30 p.m.— Zac Landicini
4:30-5 p.m.— Funwave Band
5:15-6 p.m.—Funkylicious Band.

“This is an opportunity to come out to The Ave, get some fresh air, and enjoy the sounds of some tremendous musical talent,” said Main Street Vineland Executive Director Russell Swanson. “While you’re downtown, you can visit the many shops that’ll be open and stay for dinner and drinks afterward.”

“If you were at Food Truck Festival on The Ave last fall and our Eagles Pep Rally last winter, you’ll know what kind of fun the Funkylicious Band can produce,” said Main Street Vineland Associate Director Robert Scarpa. “That’s the kind of spirit that we’re bringing to The Ave with Bands on the Bricks. It has met with success in other cities and towns, and we are looking to bring that success here.”
