The Noyes Museum of Art Opening Reception for Shifting Momentum
This event will be held on Thursday, April 19th from 6:00PM-8: 00PM
Curator’s Talk by Chung-Fan Chang at 6:00PM.
Join us for the opening of a new exhibit at The Noyes Museum of Art with
curators Bor-Jou Kuo and Chung-Fan Chang. Shifting Momentum presents the
development of abstract art in Taiwan, from the eighties to today.
Artists reflect the liberal and slowly-opened state of Taiwanese society
after the lifting of 38 years of martial law in juxtaposition to the
digitized hyper-accelerated life of today.
This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be
served.
