Stop in to the Fenwick Auditorium at Friends Village at Woodstown to have a:
- Blood Pressure screening
- Cholesterol screening
- Glucose screening
- weight screening
- body mass index screening
Everyone who stops in will have their name entered in a raffle to win A FREE FIT BIT!
Your screening will be confidential. Screenings will be conducted by health professionals from The Salem County Department of health and human services, Division of public health nursing.
