WheatonArts Sidewalk Sale
There’s more than just a great deal to see and explore during when the Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center hosts their annual outdoor Sidewalk Sale from Friday July 13 through Sunday, July 15, 2018. The sale offers big discounts ranging from 30% to 70% on select merchandise from the WheatonArts Museum Stores – The Gallery of Fine Craft, Brownstone Emporium, and the General Store. Truth is, you won’t find better values on arts and crafts anywhere in the Tri-State area!
With a history dating back over more than four decades, WheatonArts has gained regional, national and international attention for its unique collections and programs. At the heart of the Center is the Museum of American Glass, which houses the most comprehensive collection of glass produced in the United States. Located in Millville in New Jersey’s Heartland, the center of our nation’s first glass industry, the Museum is one of only eight museums in New Jersey to be accredited by the American Alliance of Museums.
WheatonArts is a true Pineland Sanctuary, located on 45 wooded acres. In addition to the Glass Museum, it houses the Creative Glass Center of America International Fellowship Program, the largest folklife program in the Garden State, a hot glass studio, several traditional craft studios, four museum stores, a 9,000-square-foot Event Center and a beautiful pond-side picnic grove. – a true Pineland Sanctuary!
In addition to daily glass blowing and artist demonstrations, WheatonArts features special exhibitions, programs, workshops, performances and several weekend festivals (including the award-winning Festival of Fine Craft) throughout the year.
