Bay Atlantic Symphony Presents “Mozart, Finzi, and Verdi Featuring Pianist Juho Pohjonen” at the Landis Theater
Travel back to the 18th century and hear the sounds of the classical period, as Landis Theater will be hosting “Mozart, Finzi, and Verdi Featuring Pianist Juho Pohjonen” presented by the Bay Atlantic Symphony. You will feel the drama and feel the emotion, despite having no words sung.
Celebrated as one of Finland’s most outstanding pianists, Juho Pohjonen will be adding an energy and conviction to the concerto compared to none. Just in the last year, he has performed in places all over the country, ranging from the Santa Fe Chamber Musical and Ravinia Festival to Cleveland Orchestra’s Blossom Festival. In his fifth year with the Bay Atlantic Symphony, Jed Gaylin leads the symphony as its prestigious conductor. Along with countless accolades, Gaylin has been able to conduct all over the world and forge close relationships with musicians of all genres. If you have any questions for Gaylin or just want to pick his brain, he will be hosting a pre-concert conversation open to anyone, included in the price of the ticket starting at 2 pm.
This one night only show will be on January 19th, 2019 at 3 pm at the Landis Theater. The address is 830 E. Landis Avenue, Vineland, NJ.
