Some Real Wonders at The Spot’s So Get Real
When someone says, “So Get Real,” probably the last thing you think about are crystals, ceramics and candy. Unless you live in New Jersey’s Heartland, of course. Then you think of that little shop at The Spot at The Ave in Vineland where those magical things and so much more can be found.
So Get Real actually came into existence in 1990 under a different name and different co-owners doing craft shows in Virginia and Maryland. Another change in venues, this time to Eastern Pennsylvania, doing Holistic/Spiritual venues followed in 1998. In 2003, the business took on the So Get Real name, eventually taking up shop in the Landis Marketplace until it closed. It was then, in 2013, that woman-run business, which includes a former Naval Officer and service connected disable, Vietnam veteran, became one of the first four shops to open in The Spot on the Ave.
Today the business features an eclectic variety of wonder wares, including crystals, minerals and fossils, hand-crafted jewelry and ceramics, incense and a small, but yummy, selection of specialty candies.
So Get Real is conveniently located just inside the rear door from the Wood Street lot at The Spot on the Ave, a large collection of specialty shops at 618 East Landis Avenue in Vineland, NJ.
