BYO Friend Yoga

Join us with a friend…$15 for you and ONLY $5 for your bestie!
Enjoy our relaxed Hatha (Gentle) Yoga class in your neighborhood at Mainiero Family Chiropractic and Wellness Center. This 1-hour session includes easy and comfortable poses for all yoga experience levels, breathwork, and meditation/visualizations, and essential oil.
This session is budget-friendly $15/person and $5 for 1 friend. Space is limited so RSVP ASAP!

Bring:
Bring a mat (we have several to borrow or buy), small blanket, and water. Bringing blocks, belts, and small towels are based on individual preference. If you prefer to practice chair yoga, let us know in advance and we’ll bring you a folding chair.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Free parking in front and back of building, as well as side streets off of Main Street.
