Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony At Vegans Are Us Add One More To Downtown Vineland’s Variety Of Ethnic Cuisine
A formal grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony that recently took place in downtown Vineland add one more to the number and variety of ethnic restaurants on The Ave.
The ceremony organized by Main Street Vineland in partnership with the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce, took place at Vegans Are Us, at 636 E. Landis Ave. Representatives from Main Street Vineland and the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce attended the ceremony.
“Downtown Vineland—The Ave—has long been recognized for the number and variety of ethnic cuisines served in its restaurants—authentic ethnic cuisines. This is one more variety of ethnic cuisine represented and we couldn’t be prouder. With this new downtown business, The Ave can boast of over a dozen ethnic restaurants,” said Main Street Vineland Executive Director Russell Swanson. “With vegan cuisine gaining more and more of a presence across the country, we join that increasing number of restaurants specializing in that cuisine, as we offer an ever-increasing array of wonderful foods.”
“More and more businesses, both new and established, are finding The Ave an attractive and profitable location to locate, or relocate, said Main Street Vineland Associate Director and Business Development Director Robert Scarpa. “This business testimony to that. Our aims are to help existing businesses stay successful and viable and, at the same time, work to bring new businesses to our downtown. Stay tuned for more success stories.”
“We are happy to welcome Vegans Are Us, to our large number of businesses and offer this as one more reason to shop local and patronize our local businesses,” said Dawn Hunter, Executive Director of the Chamber.
