Free Tai Chi Lessons for Arthritis in Salem County

Salem County Health and Human Services & Salem County Office on Aging & Disabilities presents: Tai Chi for Arthritis!
Ware Building, 51 Cheney Road, Woodstown NJ, 08098
March 15th through May 31st | Tuesdays @10am – 11am
Tai Chi for Arthritis involves 12 movements or positions designed to be safe and beneficial for people with arthritis. You will be encouraged to learn the movements properly and slowly, working within your comfort limits.
Tips to prepare for exercise class:
– Make sure you have enough space to move around
– Make sure your exercise space is free of distraction and clutter
– wear comfortable clothing
– have your chair ready before class if you plan to participate while seated
– masks are required at in-person classes
