Come have fun at Appel Farm this weekend, and help prepare the garden for winter!
Do you want to learn more about what it means to prepare a garden for the winter? Do you want to spend some time working in the dirt?
Join us this Saturday, 11/19 from 10am to 1pm for a Fall Garden Volunteer Day! We’ll be planting trees, clearing brambles and caring for the garden as we prepare the garden for the colder months. Garden Programs Manager Marion looks forward to having fun with everyone!
No need for prior experience or gardening knowledge. Bring your gardening supplies if you have them, and we’ll see you there!
Registration in advance is encouraged, but not required.
