BrickNKulture along with Relax, Relate, & Reclaim will be hosting our Selfcare & Journaling Workshop. This will be a afternoon of connecting through introspection, intention setting, journaling, lunch, and more.

Kia Brooks, Certified MBSR therapist and Wellness Coach, is the Founder & Creator of Relax, Relate & Reclaim Health & Wellness Company.
Kia will be facilitating this workshop and sharing her expertise on the importance of Mindfulness and journaling your journey.
