Balic Winery

Balic Winery is a family-run winery in Atlantic County that blends European and American winemaking techniques to produce unique wines. They have the accolades to prove their creative methods work: Balic is home to more than twenty-seven award-winning wines! Recently, the winery celebrated their fiftieth anniversary.
Bellview Winery
150 Atlantic St, Landisville
Before it was a winery, Bellview was a family farm! Italian immigrants Angelo and Maria Quarella purchased the original twenty-acre homestead in 1914. Since then, the property has expanded and remained with the Quarella family. You undoubtedly will leave Bellview with not only a good taste in your mouth, but some interesting facts about New Jersey’s Heartland’s history.
Dimatteo Winery

Are you a wine connoisseur looking for a unique place to visit? Look no further than Dimatteo Winery. Known for their untraditional wines, your taste buds are guaranteed to be tingling after leaving their tasting room. Plagido’s Winery
570 North 1st Road, Hammonton
Visitors from near and far praise this small boutique winery for its warm and friendly atmosphere. One reviewer says, “Once greeted, the feeling of family will enter the mind.” Owners Ollie and Cory can often be found on site or in the greeting room. This is the perfect place to relax solo or with some friends over a glass of wine.

Sharrott Winery

Tomasello Winery
225 N White Horse Pike, Hammonton
Come visit Tomasello Winery during normal tasting hours or attend one of their many fabulous events. This Thursday, the winery is hosting a Panini, Pasta, and Paint Party! Locals will tell you that Tomasello is one of the best places in New Jersey’s Heartland to enjoy a glass of wine while having a good time.

Southwind Vineyard
385 Lebanon Road, Millville
Southwind specializes in wines made in the Bordeaux style. Their wines are deep in color, lush in viscosity and body, and have a good balance of discreet tannins and crisp acidity. Try their widely-loved special blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and a hint of Chambourcin, appropriately named “Blood, Sweat and Tears”.

Cedarvale Winery

Coda Rossa Winery

DiBella Winery

Although one of the newer New Jersey’s Heartland wineries, DiBella Winery is yet another family-run vineyard that will not disappoint. Owners Will and Julie put their hearts and souls into every bottle, and it clearly shows. Come meet them at a wine tasting!
Heritage Vineyards
480 Mullica Hill Road, Mullica Hill
Named New Jersey’s “Winery of the Year” in 2011, 2014, and 2015 by the Garden State Wine Growers Association, Heritage Vineyards is one of the biggest producers in the ever-growing Heartland winery region. But don’t let its size fool you; owners Bill and Penni Heritage make sure that their vineyards are well-kept and tended to so they can produce high-quality grapes. Since 1853, six generations of Heritages have overseen the land!
Wagonhouse Winery
67 Marl Road, Swedesboro
Wagonhouse Winery was opened in 2004 when owners Dan and Heather decided to lease some family farmland to build their own winery from the ground up. Ten years later, their family business has grown and flourished! They are known for their “Three Boys Brand”, a unique line of sweet wines inspired by their three little boys. Even dry lovers have found favorites within the brand!

Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery

Auburn Road’s mission statement reads, “By sharing our Vineyard, Winery and Enoteca with you, we hope to deliver a reminder that it is important to focus on the good things in life, not just once in a while, but as often as possible.” This winery does not just focus on giving you quality wine, but also a quality experience, and it shows when looking at their numerous five-star reviews. The Enoteca, the Heartland’s own European-style vineyard wine bar, offers a unique place to relax and taste wine. If you get hungry during your stay, you can share a meal with friends or even the kids at a table!
Chestnut Run Farm & Artisan Winery
66 Stewart Road, Pilesgrove
If you are looking for an international wine-tasting experience, Chestnut Run Farm is the perfect place to visit. The farm focuses on producing quality Asian and Fuji wines right here in New Jersey’s Heartland. Their wines have competed at the international level and have won many awards. All of the fruit used in the production of their wines is homegrown. Chestnut Run is well worth a visit.
Monroeville Vineyard & Winery
314 Richwood Road, Monroeville
John and Debra Basile purchased their farm in 2009 on a mission to create a quality, family-run winery and since then have never looked back. Their perseverance clearly shows: In their first four years of business, the couple won numerous awards for their wines! You can enjoy their scientifically-crafted products indoors or outdoors at their cozy tasting room. The winery is BYOS: Bring your own snacks! If your cupboard is empty, don’t worry; the tasting room also has a selection of snacks for sale.
