Community Food Bank of NJ

Staff from the Community Food Bank of NJ will pre-screen for Food Stamp eligibility and assist with online applications at the Millville Public Library, 210 Buck Street, Millville, on Thursday, May 11, 2017, from 10:00am to 12:30pm
The following documents are necessary to apply: Identification (for everyone in the household) • Social Security Numbers (for everyone in the household ) • Utility Bills (gas, electric, oil, water, and telephone) • Rent Receipt /Agreement or Mortgage Statements and/or Tax Bill. • Proof of Income (for everyone on the household) • Medical Expenses – only if you are 60 and older and/or disabled • Children’s Day Care expenses
If you already receive Food Stamps, the Food Bank’s staff cannot change the amount you already receive. If you are approved for food stamp benefits, food pantries, and food distribution, resources will continue to be provided for you.
