Beardfest Brings Creativity to Life!
Come on, admit it. When you hear the name Beardfest, it’s ducktails, goatees and muttonchops that immediately come to mind.
In reality, this Beardfest, which is being held June 14-16, 2018, at Paradise Lakes Campground in Hammonton, New Jersey, is one of the Heartland’s most unique and creative events of the year. The three-day spectacle is a celebration of creative expression, featuring music, art and a workshop lineup including everything from Get Tough 5K and the Geometry of Harmony to Herbalism 101, Participatory Songwriting and Unlocking Your Stage Presence.
What began in 2012 as a going away party for the Out of the Beardspace band in the backyard of Zach LoPresti, has grown into an explosion of creative energy that strives to awaken the artist in everyone. At Beardfest, music, art and workshops go way beyond the spectator/performer dynamic, giving everyone in attendance the chance to collaborate on large scale murals, participate in a variety of music-making activities, practice yoga and share ideas in any one of 30 uniquely-creative workshops.
More than 25 bands will perform at Beardfest, an outdoor event that offers camping and a limited number of spots for RVs. Single-day tickets are $55 for Thursday and $60 for Saturday and Sunday. Three-day admission tickets are available for $100, with the three-day RV Pass an additional $85.
This year, for the first time, Beardfest is offering a three-day VIP Pass for $350. In addition to your admission, it includes exclusive balcony and side viewing areas for the Main Stage, complimentary wine tasting from the White Horse Winery and bottomless beer from Tonewood Brewery, a variety of complimentary meals and snacks in the Artist Hospitality area and VIP Perks like access to a Massage Therapist and a free T-Shirt, Poster and autographed CD.
While online ticket sales ended June 12th, you can still purchase single-day, three-day and VIP Tickets at the gate. For additional information, visit beardfest.net.
