75th Anniversary of Millville Army Airfield

The Millville Airport, dedicated Aug. 2, 1941, was the USA’s first air defense base. Ed Lazarcheck, veteran and director of the the Millville Army Air Field Museum’s outreach programs, will present a program on the airport’s past and future at the Vineland Historical & Antiquarian Society.
Admission is $2.00 and light refreshments will be served. Museum doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Ample free parking is located nearby. For more information contact the Historical and Antiquarian Society at vinelandhistory@gmail.com/.
