Southern Tri-County Caregiver Coalition
If you’re a caregiver, you’ll want to check this out. Active Day of Vineland is excited to grow community partnerships. We recently brought the Caregivers Coalition to South Jersey, with the next meeting scheduled for April 4th at 2pm at Active Day in Vineland.
