Main Street Vineland will be sponsoring its next Downtown Merchants Meet-and-Greet on Thursday, October 6, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., at the Vineland Historical & Antiquarian Society, 108 S. Seventh St., Vineland.

The purpose of the Downtown Merchants Meet-and-Greets, which are held every other month on the first Thursday, is to bring the various downtown businesses together to get to know and network with each other and with Main Street Vineland representatives, according to Main Street Vineland Executive Director Russell Swanson. As the Meet-and-Greets are open to the public, it is also an opportunity for the public and the merchants to get to know and network with each other, he said. Refreshments will be served as part of the event.
