Importance of Fitness

Luanne will discuss the importance of higher-level fitness followed by a 30-minute yoga session perfect for beginner to intermediate levels. Yoga can promote flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or a large towel.
