Proceeds will support the A. J. Meerwald’s operations and educational programming; community enrichment activities about the Delaware Bayshore; and scholarships to provide experiences to underprivileged children.

The event will feature oysters served “every which way,” including a raw and cooked seafood bar, Oysters Rockefeller, oyster shots, oyster stew and fried oysters. Also featured will be fresh New Jersey farm-raised roast turkey, a mashed potato bar and an antipasto bar. New this year will be a variety of gluten-free options, including gluten-free Oysters Rockefeller and turkey gravy.

It also will feature the “Best on the Bay” OysterFest silent and live auctions.
