Resurgence welcomes all to our new home at the RRCA 22 N High St, Millville, NJ 08332, Sunday May 20, 2023 1pm for an afternoon of poetry.
1pm- Poetry workshop- Guided prompt writing and poetry peer review
2pm- Feature poet- Kate Hart Nardone- Kate is a five-time published author with many new works in progress. After graduating from Fairton Christian Center Academy, she majored in literature and art at Cumberland County College.
She went on to study art history and literature at Harvard University, where she received a certification for mastery in the works of Walt Whitman in 2014. She’ll be reading from her newest titles “Pieces of an Abstract Hart” and “Bleeding Hearts”
3pm- Open Mic- Experienced, novice, or newly inspired poets are encouraged to share your voices in a welcoming atmosphere.
