Salem County Farm Markets Trips: Weaver’s Farm Market

Salem County Department of Health & Human Services Office on Aging & Disabilities presents the “Salem County Farm Market Trips!” This trip will be featuring multiple farmer’s markets happening throughout the month of June, second of which is Weaver’s Farm Market on June 17th from 11am – 1pm.
