The 5th Annual Cow Run 10 Miler

9:00am- Race start
Transportation to the start line will be provided for the 10 miler

Registration / Start line bus pickup / finish are at the above location. The start line is at the Cowtown Rodeo 780 US Highway 40 for the 10 miler. Those running / walking the 5k will go out and back from Salem at the same finish as the 10 miler. Both events start at 9 am.

10 miles of mostly rural farmland in scenic Salem Country NJ. There will be transportation to the start line. Officially certified/measured by Doug White
