An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating until November 23, 2020

Tai Chi for Arthritis involves 12 movements and positions designed to be safe and beneficial for people with arthritis. You will be encouraged to learn the movements properly and slowly, working within your comfort limits.

This program is FREE for Salem County Seniors 60+ (Donations are accepted).
Tip to prepare for our virtual exercise course:
- Make sure you have enough space to move around
- Make sure your exercise space is free of distractions and clutter
- Wear comfy clothes
- Have your chair ready for class if you plan to participate while seated
- Ask a friend to virtually attend the class with you!
