Enjoy our Chef’s choice of Severino’s pasta with grilled chicken, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, roasted garlic, tomatoes, and cream reduced with Auburn Road’s own Rosalita. Top with Claudio’s grated locatelli romano cheese and pair it with our own Dry Rosé!
