Featuring Special Music by Melissa Wegfarht…Tonight’s Entrée: Penne alla Vodka! Severino’s amazing pasta cooked to al dente perfection with a great Vodka sauce topped with fresh Roma tomatoes and Claudio’s grated locatelli romano cheese. Pair with Chambourcin to bring out the cream and acidity!
