Explore the wonderful art of yoga and sound with Sitarbob Price and Ahmad Graves-El at RRCA, Riverfront Renaissance, this Saturday from 3-4 p.m. Please bring a blanket, blocks (if you have any), water, and yourself!

Ahmad Graves-El, aka The Lung, & Sitarbob are combining to help bring some uplifting vibes to the community with this special Yoga class at the Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts on: Saturday, August 7th, from 3-4 pm
This class will help guide you in reconnecting to your Inner Self through the practice of breathing, yogasana, meditation plus more.
Sitarbob will be on hand to play soothing sounds on his sitar to help elevate the healing vibes that will permeate throughout the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional spheres of your mind, body and soul. Please join us for this extraordinary event at the RRCA.
