SUMMARY:37th Annual Glasstown Antique Fire Brigade Muster and Fire Fighter’s Family Day
DESCRIPTION:Over 80 antique fire trucks from the Mid-Atlantic States will be on display on the grounds. Show highlights include: a firefighter competition to show how firefighters use their training and skills to battle fires; a water barrel fight (two opposing teams try to move a barrel suspended on a cable to opposite ends using a high pressure fire hose); bucket brigade (each team is timed as they carry water to the roof of a small building in buckets); and firefighting demonstrations including pumping displays of fire hoses on numerous fire trucks. In addition to the Fire Brigade activities\, WheatonArts’ award-winning Museum Stores\, the Museum of American Glass\, as well as the Glass Studio and Ceramics Studio will be open during the event. Free family art activities will also be available.

SUMMARY:Washington Township 4th of July Parade
DESCRIPTION:The Washington Township Parade Committee\, along with Mayor Gatinelli is PROUD to announce that the 4th of July Parade is back! On Tuesday\, July 4th Washington Township’s 4th of July Parade will take place starting at 6:30 pm beginning at the Washington Township High School 11-12 parking lot. The parade will be followed by this year’s most spectacular fireworks show which will also be shot from the Washington Township High School Complex (seating will NOT be available in the WTHS Football Stadium). The fireworks will begin at approximately 9 pm. If you are interested in becoming a part of the Washington Township 4th of July Parade\, please click the attached document below for an application. DESCRIPTION:The Woodstown 4th of July festivities will begin with the 17th Annual Bob Madden Memorial Firecracker 5K. Runners can participate in either the 5K or the 1M Sparkler Run. Registration will begin at the Marlton Recreation Park in Pilesgrove\, NJ at 6:30 A.M. The race will promptly begin at 8:00 A.M. All proceeds benefit the Woodstown-Pilesgrove Business Association. Register here. \nThe July 4th parade will begin at 10:00 A.M.\, rain or shine. It will proceed down Woodstown’s Main Street. Expect a wonderful old time parade experience for the entire family! \nGather at dusk for food\, music and a spectacular fireworks display!
