SUMMARY:Kiss Me Kate
DESCRIPTION:A musical based on Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew and inspired by real-life feuding stars Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne\, this five time Tony-Award winning production follows the onstage and backstage fighting that stems from a love that is “Too Darn Hot.” It becomes clear that as much as this couple claims to hate each other\, they are also still in love. Throw in the comical and heartfelt songs of Cole Porter including “Another Openin’ Another Show”\, “I Hate Men”\, “Too Darn Hot”\, “Brush Up Your Shakespeare”\, “From this Moment On”\, “Wunderbar”\, “So in Love” and you’ve got\, what many people call\, the perfect musical.
