This multi-national\, Celtic juggernaut grows stronger with each live\nperformance\, and as you can imagine\, after two decades and over 2000 shows\, it is a true force\nto be reckoned with. With their latest release\, Go Climb a Tree\, their music has never sounded\nmore representative of themselves as musicians and as live performers. \nThe band attributes their continued success to their fanatic audience\, and it’s a well-diversified crowd for sure. The country-music folks adore the storytelling\, the bluegrass-heads love the instrumentals\, Celtic fans love their devotion to tradition\, and the rockers simply relish the passion they play their instruments with. Each band member\, in their own way\, expresses a deep gratitude for their fans\, but it’s best summed up in the words of Patrick Murphy: “The fans are the ones that have given us this life. We’re here for them.” \nOn Go Climb a Tree\, co-founders of Gaelic Storm\, Steve Twigger and Patrick Murphy\, along with longtime friend and co-writer Steve Wehmever\, are again at the helm of song-writing duties. The album has everything—party drinking songs (“The Beer Song”)\, patriotic anthems (“Green\, White and Orange”)\, beautiful folk songs (“Monday Morning Girl”)\, spritely instrumentals “”The Night of Tomfoolery”)\, perfectly poppy songs (“Shine On”)\, and even a raucous pirate song (“Shanghai Kelly”). When speaking of the overall concept of the album\, Patrick Murphy gives some insight: “With all the craziness and division in the world\, we wanted to make an album about ‘contemplative escapism.’ Go Climb a Tree certainly isn’t about dropping out of the conversation\, it’s just about taking a short hiatus to recharge the batteries before you take on the world again.” \nGaelic Storm takes a true blue-collar\, hard-nose approach to touring\, consistently traveling the US and internationally over 200 days a year\, forging a unique path in the Celtic music world.“You have to see us live. We are the true working-mans’ band\,” says Ryan Lacey\, who joined the lineup in 2003. “We still\, and most likely always will\, tour most of the year\, and that’s how we constantly hone our craft.” \nThe dedication to live shows date all the way back to the mid-1990s\, when Gaelic Storm kicked off its career as a pub band in Santa Monica\, California. Due to their discovery at the pub\, by the end of the decade\, the musicians had appeared in the blockbuster film Titanic (where they performed “Irish Party in Third Class”). This laid the groundwork for a career that would eventually find them topping the Billboard World Chart six times\, making appearances at mainstream music festivals\, and regularly headlining the largest Irish Festivals across the country\, all the while gaining a reputation as a genre-bending Irish rock band\, whose songs mix Celtic traditions with something uniquely creative. \nLooking to the future\, Gaelic Storm is excited about what lies ahead. They’ve added a new fiddle player\, Katie Grennen\, and she has affectionately become the “purple squirrel” of the band\, meaning she is the perfect new addition. Pete Purvis who joined the band in 2005 said\, “With the addition of Katie\, the band has never sounded better\, we’re gelling on a whole new level\, and the idea of sharing these new songs with our fans is exciting!”

The band has recreated Clapton’s incredible stage presence and awe-inspiring performances from The Yardbirds\, Cream\, Blind Faith\, Derek and the Dominos and a incredible solo career that spanned decades. Playing all his hits as well as some deep cuts\, Al Caprara has recreated Clapton’s guitar stylings and more importantly his voice\, making the audience truly feel that they are at a live Clapton Concert. It’s a high energy show with both electric and acoustic sets. This is not just a tribute\, It’s a true Eric Clapton Experience.

Six stellar string players will perform Tchaikovsky’s String Sextet in D Minor\, also known as Souvenir de Florence. Also on the program is Mozart’s String Quintet in C Major\, K. 515. Returning Music at Bunker Hill favorites Marcy Rosen\, cello and William Frampton\, viola are joined by Carmit Zori and Georgy Valtchev\, violins; Philip Kramp\, viola; and Carrie Bean Stute\, cello. Concert will be professionally live streamed for ticket holders (see below). The live concert is at Bunker Hill Presbyterian Church\, 330 Greentree Rd\, Sewell\, NJ 08080. Health and safety protocols include proof of vaccinations\, 50% capacity to allow social distancing\, face coverings for all audience\, no intermission or reception. As part of its 10th Anniversary Celebration at various sites in Millville\, They\nwill showcase two original films and live music at the Levoy Theatre. \nA RISING TIDE: The Artists of Goshen\nDocumentary film premiere\nRun time 25 minutes \nLargely by happenstance\, Goshen\, Cape May County\, N.J.\, has drawn a variety of\nartists\, working in many different styles and media. Nearly all the Goshen artists settled\nthere without knowledge of the others. Over the years\, they have come to know one\nanother\, collaborate on occasion and fully appreciate the diversity of their personalities\nand pursuits. The artists tell their story in A Rising Tide: The Artists of Goshen. \nSONGS FROM THE BARN\nLive performance\nRun time 20 minutes \nRegular jam sessions and concert events at artist Stan Sperlak’s Crow Creek Farm in\nGoshen\, N.J. led to new collaborations and an album: Songs from the Barn. Some of\nthe musicians behind that project will perform live\, including Marnie Bevin Lengle\, Dan\nBarry and MQ Murphy. \nAS YOU WISH\nTheatrical film premiere\nRun time 7 minutes \nWritten and directed by David Todd McCarty\, As You Wish is an award-winning short\nfashion film that explores the constraints placed on women in society

DESCRIPTION:Third Friday Art Opening Reception\nSeptember 17\, 6pm – 8pm \nWow…what a night this will be! \nVisit 2 gallery exhibits of Strobe Signature Artists & then head to the Levoy Theatre at 8pm for an art documentary premiere: “A Rising Tide – The Artists of Goshen” \nJoin us for the 10th Anniversary celebration of ArtC!\nAn initiative of ArtC\, Strobe is an artists collective\, a community for South Jersey artists and a juried showcase for works by the most accomplished artists in the region. A diverse stable of over 90 visual artists including sculptors\, painters\, glass artists\, photographers\, mixed media and other creative professionals\, a new exhibition of their work will premiere in Millville for the ArtC anniversary. Many of these artists have not shown in Millville before and many will be exhibiting new work.
