Cohanzick Zoo

The best part about visiting New Jersey’s First Zoo? Admission is absolutely free! While donations are encouraged, Cohanzick Zoo is completely free to enter and provides affordable family fun and education. Afterward, cool off in Bridgeton’s Splash Park which is right next door.
Deptford Skating & Fun Center
510 Deptford Avenue, Westville
Open daily from 12noon to 10:00 PM
Looking for somewhere to take the kids when the sun goes down? Look no further than the Deptford Skating & Fun Center. Check out their events calendar to pick a good time to visit. From pizza buffets to teen nights, there’s always something happening!
Funny Farm Rescue
6908 Railroad Boulevard, Mays Landing
Open Sundays and Tuesdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Funny Farm Rescue Animal Sanctuary is a 15-acre privately owned farm in Mays Landing, New Jersey, that shelters and cares for unwanted, sick, elderly, injured, and abused animals since 2000. During visiting hours, you can meet and learn about the numerous domestic, farm, and exotic animals that call the farm home. Visit at 8:00 AM or 3:30 PM to help feed the animals! Funny Farm does not charge admission, but accepts donations.
High Elevations Trampoline Park
7 Enterprise Court, Sewell
Open Monday through Thursday 11:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Friday: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
When the kids are bouncing off the walls, head over to High Elevations: where they can literally bounce off the walls. Prices range from $10 for 30 minutes to $22 for 120 minutes. Toddler Time, for kids aged “walking” to 5, is on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. For tweens, there is Laser DJ Night on Fridays from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. And yes, there’s even something for adults. JumpFit classes are offered at 9:30 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays and 8 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Storybook Land

Open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Sundays 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Since its establishment in 1955, Storybook Land has been keeping the spirit of childhood alive in an entertaining and educational atmosphere with themed rides, cafes, and play areas. Visit on August 5th at 12:00 PM to meet princesses and decorate sugar cookies during a special tea party! Tickets at the door are $26.50 but can be purchased online on their site for $23.50.
