Frontline Solutions Launching Elevate Initiative RFP on 12/2

On Wednesday, December 2, 2020, Frontline Solutions will be launching a Request for Proposals (RFP) for its new Elevate Initiative. 

As part of a larger strategy to combat structural racialization, the Elevate Initiative seeks to fund up to 10 organizations working to dismantle structural barriers that impede the economic mobility of Black and Brown workers. Each grant will be for amounts between $100,000 and $300,000. Strong applicants will have strategic approaches focused on: 

· implementing workforce development programs 

· promoting access to new and non-traditional industries 

· advancing economic mobility on a systemic level
