Horszowski Trio at Music at Bunker Hill
In its first appearance with Music at Bunker Hill, the Horszowski Trio presents works by Haydn, Bolcom and Dvorak. Of special interest to audiences is the fun connection between the Haydn Piano Trio in E minor and Bolcom’s Introduzione e Rondo “Haydn Go Seek.” Pulitzer Prize-winning composer William Bolcom…said that his aim in this music was “to play a constant game of surprise throughout, in as Haydnesque a manner as I could muster from two centuries remove.” (University of California Television)
