Light Up Your Family Holiday with a Trip to Storybook Land
This past Saturday, in a Christmas Tradition dating back 25 years, Santa and Mrs. Claus again visited Storybook Land for their Christmas Parade and Fantasy With Lights Celebration. And now, if you’ll pardon the expression, Storybook Land is “lit up like a Christmas Tree” with over one million beautiful lights and holiday decorations throughout the park.
Now through December 30, you can pack a holiday season full of fun into one great trip with a visit to Storybook Land. Located at 6415 Black Horse Pike (Routes 40 / 322) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, Storybook Land is opened from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday through December 22, and from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. November 22 and Mondays through Fridays December 5 through the 30 (with the exception of December 24 and 25, when it is closed for Christmas).
Since opening in 1955, Storybook Land has been keeping the spirit of childhood alive in an entertaining and educational atmosphere. The timelessness of childhood will ring true as your family literally walks through its all-time favorite stories and nursery rhymes. Children’s classics are interspersed with exciting new family rides and attractions.
In addition to enjoying the million lights and holiday decorations throughout the entire park, Storybook Land is staging a Toy Drive December 1-23. You’ll receive a coupon for a Free Hot Chocolate and Popcorn for every toy donated.
At Storybook Land, you pay a one-price admission that includes unlimited rides, along with access to all of the storybook attractions. Online admission is $25.50 plus tax. At the door, admission is $28.50 plus tax for Adults and Children ages 20-64. Admission for Seniors 65+ and Active/Retired Military with ID (military discount applies to entire family) is $25.50 plus tax. Children under two are always free.
The rides at Storybook Land, like the entire park, are clean and impeccably maintained, with ride operators who are trained to take the time to insure your child’s comfort and well-being. Equally important, if you have visited any of the country’s theme parks for small children, you will agree that a visit to Storybook Land is unsurpassed in terms of quality and good old fashioned fun.
