Nominate Your Heartland Hero

While New Jersey’s Heartland is filled with hidden gems, our biggest treasures are the people who make our region a great place to live, work, play, and raise a family.  In these unprecedented and challenging times, we ask now more than ever for your nominations of individuals in the Heartland.

We created “Heartland Heroes” to shine a spotlight on individuals and groups of people who have made a special contribution to New Jersey’s Heartland. Heartland Heroes will be recognized here and in New Jersey’s Heartland social media. They will also receive a special “Heartland Heroes Certificate of Appreciation,” as well as a token of gratitude from New Jersey’s Heartland.

Doctors, nurses, grocery store clerks, neighbors, and friends in Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem, and Western Atlantic Counties have all united in a way that shows strength and resiliency within our New Jersey’s Heartland community.

We ask for you to share your awe-inspiring stories of (brave, generous, or kind) individuals and how they are making a difference in the face of this crisis. If you know an individual living or working in the four counties of New Jersey’s Heartland who you think deserves this special recognition, please nominate them for a chance to be this month’s “Heartland Hero”!
