Piano Quartet Masterworks

Alumni of Itzhak Perlman’s Perlman Music Program on idyllic Shelter Island, NY return for a concert of piano quartet masterworks. The group launches their tour with a concert at Music at Bunker Hill on Sunday, November 25th at 3:00pm before taking it to New York City, Shelter Island, NY, and Summit, NJ. The program includes Fauré’s lush Piano Quartet No. 1, Beethoven’s contemplative and refined Piano Quartet, op. 16, and Dohnányi’s electrifying Serenade for String Trio. Rachel Lee, William Frampton, Jia Kim, and David Kaplan bring their shared experience working with the venerable Itzhak Perlman to Music at Bunker Hill for a thrilling and beautiful program.
