Stress Reduction Strategies for Regaining Life’s Balance
This free, highly interactive session that provides techniques for stress reduction and communication building is being offered by the Salem County Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services – Municipal Alliance Program and Office of Mental Health.
The free training will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 6pm to 8pm at the Salem Community College, Donaghay Hall, Event Room 106. Parking is available in parking lot D.
Training will be provided by John Kriger of Kriger Consulting.
Understand basic causes of stress for individuals, parents and families while illuminating the increased potential for substance abuse and life imbalance as a result of these stressors. Individuals attending this event will learn how to offset the impact of negative tendencies while developing a rebalancing plan for you and your family.
