This Week in New Jersey’s Heartland – May 23
Before we look at what’s on tap this week in New Jersey’s Heartland, we want to give a shout-out to two events in Salem County over the May 21-22 weekend.
First, we hope you had a chance to take in the River View Beach Park Wine Festival in Pennsville. The weather was not very cooperative on Saturday, but that did not stop folks from having a good time and sampling wines from more than a dozen regional vineyards.
Less weather dependent was Salem County Arts in Bloom, which showcased more than fifty local artists and artisans in their homes and others in their studios or ateliers. It was the eighth annual self-guided driving tour.
Now, back to this week’s business. Here’s a look at some of the interesting things happening in the Heartland as we head into the Memorial Day weekend and the official start of the summer season!
