VINELAND FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 8
The 8th Annual Vineland Food Truck Festival returns to downtown Vineland on Sunday, September 8 from noon to 8:00 pm. This year’s event will be held along Landis Avenue between East Avenue and 7th Street.
Food Trucks already confirmed for the event include Bake’n Bacon, Cousins Main Lobster, Empanada Beast, Filippo’s Pizza Grill, House of Cup Cakes, Mr. Taco, Pirate Pete’s Soda, South Jersey BBQ Boyz, The Crepe Truck, Wipeout Eats, and more. Entertainment throughout the day will be provided by Secret Sauce and the Zoay’ Jazz Band.
There will also be craft vendors, educational and other fun children’s activities with the Vineland Fire Department, and two matinee screenings of the popular animated adventure movie Migration at the Landis Theater beginning at 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm.
With cute characters, a fun, fast-paced story, and plenty of laughs, Migration is the perfect family movie. Admittance to the movie is free. Advance reservations are encouraged and will get first priority for movie seating.
“We are pleased to again welcome you to this popular community event,” said Mayor Anthony Fanucci. “It is a perfect opportunity for residents and visitors to sample an eclectic array of local food favorites, enjoy some music, and maybe catch a movie, while supporting our small business owners. I look forward to seeing all of you there.”
Food Truck, craft, and other vendors who would like to participate in this year’s event or those wishing to reserve tickets for the movie screenings, can contact Special Events Coordinator Sheena Santiago at 856-794-4000, ext. 4169 for more information or to register.
