ALBERT’S ORGANICS
Albert’s Organics, Inc. is the country’s top distributor of high quality, organically grown fresh foods, including meat, produce, dairy, soy products, juices and much more. Albert’s, which presently operates seven regional distribution centers across the United States, is constructing a 70,000 square foot facility, with the capability to expand into another 25,000 square feet, as a replacement of its current center in Logan Township.
ARDAGH GROUP GLASS (FORMER ANCHOR GLASS) MODERNIZATION
Ardagh Group Glass will be working with various governmental bodies to upgrade, modernize and expand its current facility. The company will invest in new production equipment, job training and retraining, rebuilding existing furnaces as well as constructing new ones to keep its plant operating at maximum efficiency. The rehabilitation of the Salem County Short Rail Line will also help Ardagh continue to effectively receive raw materials in a timely basis.

ARTS & BUSINESS INNOVATION CENTER
When completed, this $7.8 million, 30,000 square foot facility will be housed in the 300 Block of North High Street squarely in the middle of Millville’s Downtown Art District. The center will enhance the entrepreneurial resources, educational programs and business opportunities in downtown Millville, while spurring additional development and commerce.

BRIDGETON CENTER FOR SCIENCE, HEALTH, TECHNOLOGY & ENTREPRENEURSHIP
This 30,000 square foot facility, which will be located in the heart of historic downtown Bridgeton at North Laurel Street and Church Lane, will be home to advanced educational programs in technology, science and entrepreneurial programs, while offering healthcare services provided by CompleteCare.

DELAWARE RIVER DEEP RIVER PORT (CARNEYS POINT OR PENNSVILLE)
Salem County will work on identifying potential locations for developing a deep-water seaport on the Delaware River. Several existing pier and wharf locations, which feasibly could serve as home to the Deep River Port, have already been identified.
DREAM PARK EQUESTRIAN FACILITY
The Gloucester County DREAM Park provides a first class facility where horse owners can participate in shows and competitions, while allowing the general public to enjoy the equestrian experience up close and personal. The DREAM Park also offers educational opportunities for the equestrian community, as well as for those with special needs or any individuals interested in learning about horses.
INDUSTRIAL PARK AT PEDRICKTOWN
The former Pedricktown Nike Base (Route 130 in Oldmans Township) is presently being marketed as The Industrial Park at Pedricktown. The site, which contains extensive infrastructure and houses Salem Community College’s Sustainable Energy Center in one of the historic buildings, has applied for a grant to create a business incubator that will be aligned with sustainable energy goals.
