The Lure of South Jersey: The Resettlement of Migrants Fall Lectures

Stockton University’s Kramer Hall, Noyes Museum of Art and the South Jersey Culture and History Center have collaborated to raise awareness of South Jersey’s long-standing cultural diversity which was cultivated through waves of emigration and migration.

Ethnic Settlements in the Pines Wednesday, October 25 at 12:00 PM Presented by Mark Demitroff, Adjunct Professor of Stockton University Large tracts of desolate land became accessible for development schemes when railroads began to crisscross the Pine Barrens during the mid 19th century.
